This includes when you have booked for a class, and then decided to cancel. The activation date will still be locked on the date you made your first booking. Packages will expire within 60 days if not activated, unless otherwise stated on the specific package terms and conditions.<\/h6>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"703\" data-end=\"822\"><u><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\" data-start=\"703\" data-end=\"729\">Expiry &amp; No Extensions<\/span><br data-start=\"729\" data-end=\"732\"><\/u><\/p>\n<h6>All packages come with a fixed expiry date and cannot be extended under any circumstances.<\/h6>\n<p><\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: left;\">This is because our packages are not ongoing memberships. You\u2019re purchasing multiple sessions at a discounted rate (original value: $350 per class), and these must be used within the validity period to enjoy the discount.<br>If your schedule is unpredictable or you travel frequently, we recommend opting for smaller packages.<\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1150\" data-end=\"1295\"><u><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\" data-start=\"1150\" data-end=\"1168\">No-Show Policy<\/span><br data-start=\"1168\" data-end=\"1171\"><\/u><\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: left;\">Missing a reserved class without cancelling before the deadline will result in a forfeit of the credit used for the booking.<br>If your absence is due to illness, please email us at INFO<a rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1351\" data-end=\"1371\">@FITNESSPANDA.HK<\/a>&nbsp;within 24 hours of the missed class with the subject: \u201cNo-Show Waiver Request.\u201d Be sure to include a valid medical certificate as proof.<br>Requests submitted after the 24-hour window will be reviewed at our discretion and may not be approved.<\/h6>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1615\" data-end=\"1856\"><u><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\" data-start=\"1615\" data-end=\"1632\">Freeze Policy<\/span><br data-start=\"1632\" data-end=\"1635\"><\/u><\/p>\n<h6>If you\u2019re injured, recovering from surgery, or away for travel, you may apply for a temporary hold on your package by emailing&nbsp;<a rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1762\" data-end=\"1782\" style=\"\">info@FITNESSPANDA.HK<\/a>&nbsp;with appropriate documentation (e.g., doctor\u2019s note or travel documents).<\/h6>\n<p><\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: left;\">All freeze requests, including those not related to medical reasons, are subject to approval and must meet the following:<br><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\" data-start=\"1983\" data-end=\"2011\">Minimum Freeze Duration:<\/span>&nbsp;2 weeks<br><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\" data-start=\"2024\" data-end=\"2052\">Maximum Freeze Duration:<\/span>&nbsp;Up to 50% of your original package term, based on your supporting documents<br><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\" data-start=\"2133\" data-end=\"2152\">Processing Fee:<\/span>&nbsp;$500 per request, payable in advance<br>Please note that retroactive freezes are not allowed.
