By attending classes, events, services, activities, and using the studio facilities and equipment provided by Focus Boutique Fitness Limited (the “Company”), you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with physical exercise and studio activities.
You acknowledge that you have been informed of the strenuous nature of the exercise programs and the possibility of adverse physiological conditions including, but not limited to, abnormal blood pressure, fainting, heart attack, injury, or death.
You voluntarily choose to participate in physical exercise activities and confirm that you are physically fit to do so.
You confirm that you do not suffer from any medical condition, illness, or congenital disease that would prevent participation in classes or use of the Company’s services.
You acknowledge and agree to exercise responsibly and with due care and attention to your own physical and mental condition at all times.
You understand and accept all risks of injury arising from participation in studio activities and use of studio equipment.
You agree that the Company and its representatives shall not be liable for any injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, except where caused by negligence or breach of this Agreement.
You assume full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing, and for anyone booked under your account.
You agree to fully release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its shareholders, directors, employees, instructors, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in any services or activities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, reputational harm, or loss of data arising from use of the services.
The Company makes no guarantees regarding third-party products, services, or information accessible through the services.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the services is to discontinue use of the services.
You acknowledge that the Company does not provide medical or nursing services, including medical diagnosis or treatment.
You understand that exercise and use of studio equipment, lockers, and facilities involve potential risks and dangers.
You agree that the Company and its representatives shall not be liable for injury, illness, death, or property damage arising directly or indirectly from use of the services or facilities.
The Company reserves the right to require any member or guest who fails to comply with studio rules, policies, or instructions to leave the Studio.
Trainers and instructors have authority to stop participation in any activity or class if continued participation may result in injury.
Members and guests must comply with all instructor and staff directions.
The Company advises members not to bring valuables into the Studio and shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal property.
You grant the Company and its legal representatives the irrevocable right to use photographs, videos, and media captured within the Studio for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes.
By using the services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian, and agree to comply with all Terms & Conditions.
