Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement” or “Terms of Service”) carefully before using focuscycle.com.hk operated by Focus Boutique Fitness Limited.
This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site, mobile applications, and services provided by Focus Boutique Fitness Limited.
By accessing or using the Services, including browsing the Site, downloading mobile applications, booking classes, or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Services immediately.
All class packages purchased are final and cannot be refunded or transferred.
If you are uncertain about completing a package within the validity period, we recommend selecting a smaller package or one with a longer validity.
Packages will activate upon your first class booking, including cancelled bookings.
The activation date will remain based on the date of your first booking.
Packages not activated within 60 days may expire unless otherwise stated.
All packages come with a fixed expiry date and cannot be extended under any circumstances.
Packages are sold at discounted rates and must be used within the specified validity period.
If your schedule is unpredictable or you travel frequently, we recommend purchasing smaller packages.
Failure to cancel a reserved class before the cancellation deadline will result in forfeiture of the class credit.
If your absence is due to illness, please email INFO@FITNESSPANDA.HK within 24 hours of the missed class with a valid medical certificate.
If you are injured, recovering from surgery, or travelling, you may request a temporary package freeze by emailing INFO@FITNESSPANDA.HK with supporting documents.
Retroactive freezes are not permitted.
Requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the intended freeze start date.
If you are new to indoor cycling, we do not recommend starting during pregnancy.
Existing riders with medical clearance may continue classes if comfortable.
Please notify staff before class and complete an additional liability waiver.
Please email pregnancy proof to INFO@FITNESSPANDA.HK.
Classes cancelled less than 12 hours before class start time will be charged in full.
Late arrivals may be denied entry and class credits forfeited.
Reserved bikes may be released 5 minutes before class begins.
Clients must be physically present 5 minutes before class start time or their spot may be released to waitlisted clients.
We are not responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings within the studio.
Late arrivals may not be admitted.
Clients planning to leave early must notify the instructor before class begins.
No re-entry is permitted.
Classes and package purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Unused merchandise may be returned within 7 days with receipt for a full refund.
After 7 days, store credit may be issued for up to 30 days.
We reserve the right to terminate access to Services at any time without notice.
Violation of these Terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
You should not exercise beyond your physical capabilities.
If you have any medical condition, injury, illness, or disability, please seek professional medical advice before participating.
You must follow all instructions and safety warnings while using our facilities.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
Participation in classes and studio activities involves inherent risks.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Focus Boutique Fitness Limited from liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You acknowledge that exercise may involve risk of injury, illness, disability, or death.
You agree to participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your health and wellbeing.
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Focus Boutique Fitness Limited regarding use of the Services.
